FAQS
You’ve Got Questions. We’ve Got Answers.
HOW DO I REGISTER AS A NEW CUSTOMER?
New customers need to complete the registration process before their pet's stay. To do that, go to our customer portal and create and account. From there you can sign our owner agreement form, upload vaccination records, and make reservations with us.
WHAT VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED?
We require all dogs to be up to date on vaccinations. Puppies 10-16 weeks old need Distemper and Bordetella. Dogs over 16 weeks old need Distemper, Bordetella, and Rabies.
Proof of vaccination can be uploaded to your pet's profile, or you can bring them when you drop off your pet.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
For overnight stays, the only thing you need to bring is your dog's food as we prefer to not change their diet. The Bark Barn provides blankets and bowls, but feel free to bring a favorite item or toy for your dog to have in their kennel with them.
HOW CAN I CHECK ON MY PET DURING THEIR STAY?
Leaving your pet can be a stressful thing, that's why we encourage pet parents to contact us anytime during their pet's stay. Just give us a call or use our contact page to send us an email and we will give you a detailed update on how they're doing.
MY DOG IS NOT SPAYED/NEUTERED. CAN THEY STILL COME?
We recommend that all dogs over 6 months be spayed/neutered, but it is not a requirement. However, if your dog exhibits repeated unwanted behavior we ask that they be spayed/neutered before returning.
DO YOU HAVE LIVE WEBCAMS I CAN ACCESS TO WATCH MY DOG DURING THE DAY?
Although we do not have webcams available for viewing, we try to be as transparent as possible with our customers. We will gladly answer any questions you have, just use our contact page to send us an email!
